METHODS OF PAYMENT: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and checks are all available methods of payment for personal orders. Check or credit card information must accompany all personal orders. ORDER NOTIFICATION: Customers receive an E-mail order acknowledgement as well as a shipping notification. You may also check your order status by clicking the "Order Status" button at the top of the page and entering the order number from your email confirmation message.

BACKORDER NOTIFICATION: Customers receive a shipping notification email message when the item is in stock and ready for shipment.

FRAUD PROTECTION: We recommend that all customers who are shipping to addresses other than their billing address, notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming a standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give your credit card company an alternate shipping address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHORTAGES IN SHIPMENT:  Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to TBS within 30 days of receipt of order.  TBS assumes no responsibility for unsigned claims or claims made after 30 days.

DAMAGES IN SHIPMENT:  Damages incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier.  Inspect all inbound shipments for damages before signing the delivery receipt.

RETURNS:  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from customer service.  Any merchandise authorized for return will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.  All freight charges are the responsibility of the returning party.  Returned merchandise must be in clean, resalable condition.  Only merchandise verifiable by a TBS invoice will be considered for return.  Catechetical Sunday materials will not be accepted for return.  Bible Diary 2008 products may not be returned after February 1, 2008.

RETURNED CHECKS:  A fee of $25 will be charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.
