1. METHODS OF PAYMENT:  MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and checks are all available methods of payment for personal orders.  Check or credit card information must accompany all personal orders. Please do not send cash.  Retailers may place orders by phone or by fax (see below). To place an order for NCCL products to be direct billed or invoiced to the church or (arch)diocese, please call or fax your Purchase Order (see below).  

 

 

2. ORDER NOTIFICATION:  Customers receive an e-mail order acknowledgementas well as a shipping notification.  You may also check your order status by clicking the "Order Status" button at the top of the page and entering the order number from your e-mail confirmation message.

 

3.  BACKORDER NOTIFICATION:  Customers receive a shipping notification e-mail message when the item is in stock and ready for shipment.

 

4.  FRAUD PROTECTION: We recommend that all customers who are shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address.  This process is becoming a standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you.  Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orderd via the Internet and would like to give your credit card company an alternate shipping address.
