Returns Policy
1. SHORTAGES IN SHIPMENT: Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to Theological Book Service within 10 days of receipt of order. A signed copy of the delivery receipt must be supplied. We assume no responsibility for unsigned claims or claims made after 10 days.
2. DAMAGES IN SHIPMENT: Damages incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect all inbound shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
3. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from customer service. Any merchandise authorized for return will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item retail price. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and be in clean, resalable condition. Please do not wrap books in newspaper, as the ink will rub off. All freight charges are the responsibility of the returning party. Only merchandise verifiable by a TBS invoice will be considered for return. Catechetical Sunday materials will not be accepted for return after the date designated by NCCL. Bible Diary 2010 products may not be returned.
